Today’s food that is literally cancerous, high in estrogens, full of chemicals, antibiotics and other stuff that no one wants inside their body. The testosterone levels in the west have sunken lower than ever before.

It is your duty to make yourself happy! Your brain demands it! Your boss, your wife or children do not come first – you come first.
You can not take care of little Rambo if you are so stuck in your thoughts that you drive against a wall.
With purpose, depression will become your past. Because every day you wake up for your mission. When you work on your own purpose you will start to believe that you can achieve it.
You can lose your home and have no food. You will get your food and home back just to work on your purpose again. It is that strong. You will think of your purpose after you had sex. After you wake up. While you sleep and while sitting on the toilet.
Having a purpose will fulfill you. Here are some purposes:
-Becoming financially independent
-Becoming a boxing champion
-Becoming the most aesthetic person in your town
-Building and managing your own political party
-Helping animals in need
-Traveling the world to see where you want to live

The Solution – 2. Fun
Life is game. So have fun, for at least 2 hours per day. My way to have fun is to lift weights. Otherwise, I just work on my purpose – aka mission – the entire time. I think about my business more than I think about sex (no joke).
I am obsessed with it and that is good because the people that are obsessed with what they do will become the pioneers and grandmasters of tomorrow.
But what to do when you are so depressed that having fun feels like a useless activity? Feel good hormones, my friend. Whatever floats your boat… Don’t tell this anyone but if snorting cocaine prevents you from killing yourself – go for it.
Whatever it takes. Get outside and do something you would never dare back then because you were too scared and you had a reputation to lose (which you don’t care about anymore). Experience life. Have sex with a prostitute – join the army – snort cocaine – get into a fist fight – sign up at that next MMA gym around the corner.
You don’t care anyway. I know I didn’t when I was depressed. It will be a time that you will never forget. Do you know breaking bad? The famous TV show? No? It is about a man that was diagnosed with cancer.
He knew that he will die and then decided to cook and sell meth. He was not afraid anymore and he didn’t care. Do whatever you want as long as you don’t hurt other people. That is the golden rule: Don’t hurt other people doing what you want.
I just started a business because it can’t be worse than depression anyway. You are doing your mental time or you have done it – the good thing about it? You are tougher and wiser than before. Be proud of yourself man!

You also have to develop critical thinking, don’t just take one side – see both sides. You must develop mental strength through going out of your comfort zone (which will be never easier to leave because depression gives you a certain “I don’t give a fuck” feeling.
You got a crush on that super hot and young Asian girl in that grocery store next to your house but never dared to talk to her? Best time is now, can’t get worse anyway. (Yes I love Asian girls)
Never treat others like you do not want yourself to be treated. Be loyal to people that are loyal to you. Help people that help you. And always strive to become better.
You will also start to understand that society follows certain patterns till it destroys itself and has to start all over again (strong men create a safe civilization that will destroy itself through corruption and the disregard of values) -> Rome is a good example.
Understand the world and you will understand yourself.

Ever seen a big man crying? I didn’t. Not even in movies. I have never seen a big man crying.
They don’t because they did their time battling themselves in the gym while dealing with life like everyone else. They are tougher because they are training their bodies and their minds.
People want to be around strong people like monkeys are always around the alpha monkey. You can fight back. People make way for you. You walk with your eyes forward. “What is the point of being on this earth if you are going to be like everyone else?” – Arnold Schwarzenegger
This is just one aspect of strength. The other one is mental strength. You accept that reality is cruel and wants to destroy you every chance it gets.
Make getting mentally strong a habit -> Laugh when people nag or challenge you. Sign up at your local hardcore gym and push through your limits, through your comfort zone.
Always get stronger than you currently are. That is an essential to get rid of depression.
The Solution – 5. Self-Reliance
Strength and independence (freedom) are masculine traits. You will have to become strong and independent and no one can hurt you. Self-reliance is the key to freedom.
You can easily set boundaries and appropriate consequences when you are completely self-reliant because you don’t need people to feel complete and happy!
How to become strong & independent? You build your own business or find other ways to earn money to support yourself. There is a reason they call a certain amount of money “fuck you money” because, with it, you can always quit.
You won’t need someone else ever again when you come out on the other side… When you are able to live alone, know how to take care of yourself, when you got “fuck you money”, it will be hard for the devil called “depression” to hurt you.

How can one be depressed and at the same time be better than ever before? Become better everyday and beat depression through mastery and the use of this guide.

4. Lift weights at least 3x per week
5. Laugh about insults and insult them back (laugh while doing that!)
6. Do not show sad or weak emotions to anyone.
7. Become independent through your activities and knowledge
8. Improve yourself, read books, improve your style, learn to fight
9. If you have negative thoughts you must refocus on this list. Maybe 100 times per hour.

You will not be lonely when you do everything from this list. You might feel lonely in the beginning, but the longer you follow this list, the less you will feel lonely.
I haven’t felt lonely in 2 years. How to deal with toxic friends? You don’t. Ignore their calls or just tell them that you don’t want to hang out with them anymore.
If they ask you why you just tell them that you have goals and that you guys are not on the same page anymore. This might frighten you, but it is necessary to increase your confidence and well-being.
